Cottage Lane Development:

The Town has been attempting to conform with CT General Statute 8-30G, requiring a certain allocation of affordable housing in the town. Cottage Lane may be a case study for how to balance the demands of commercial development with the preservation of quality of life for residents.


Greens Farms Association is particularly interested in monitoring any P&Z decisions and changes. We are following the developments between Cottage Lane and Rogers Septic Tanks, and are happy to provide this webpage as a clearinghouse for materials related to this issue.
